1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • The product was used or altered.

  • The return is requested after 7 days of delivery.


3. Return Process

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the product back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed as cash refunds upon pickup or exchange, since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after return approval.
